Salve a tutti , mi chiamo Andrea e oggi ho festeggiato i 19 anni.
Abito in provincia di Milano e la maggior parte dei miei allenamenti avrà come luogo il mio paese , tranne per quelli in bici in cui spesso pedalo sulla ciclabile "Naviglio-Martesana".

Ho deciso di aprire questo Blog per postarvi i risultati dei miei allenamenti (di corsa e bici) o alcuni altri obiettivi che mi sono pre-imposto.

Ho deciso di suddividere questo Blog per giorni , in cui verranno postati i miei diversi allenamenti.

Siccome ho iniziato da più di un anno e , per ovvi motivi , non posso scriverli tutti , partirò con il postare solo i futuri allenamenti (quindi da domani o da quando avrò il tempo per scrivere ancora).

Per ora il post finisce qui , restate aggiornati sui miei futuri allenamenti e avventure !

[Day 0] Let's start from here..

Hello , mi name is Andrea. Today it's my birthday ! I'm 19 now. 
I live in Italy , near Milano and the most of my "adventures" are in my town. By the way , usually i ride my bike in the famous bicycle "Naviglio-Martesana".

I've decided to start this Blog to show you my adventures or my training (of running or with my bike) or other missions i'd like to complete.

I've decided to post anything day by day. 

However , i've started these sports more than a year ago and i cannot write them all , so i'll start to post tomorrow (or when i'll be able to write).

At the moment , this post ends here. I'll write again as soon as possible , don't forget to read all my "adventures" !
